How can this be? I have a kindergartener!

Yes, it's true my sweet Ella is going to kindergarten. She was so nervous and kind of quiet this morning, I almost got a little bit worried for her. I knew though once she got there she would love it.
Time goes so fast, it seems like just yesterday Kade and I were bringing Ella home. It was a snowy day in April. She was so beautiful and carried such a Strong little spirit with her already.
Now she is off and into school.
I love this picture, the backpack is Huge.
This is where I actually got a little bit sad. Ava and Ella have been inseparable the last couple months. Ava is really going to miss her big sister.
Ella, I love you, I am proud of you, I'll miss you.

The world will be my heart!!

The other day I was out in my Garage when my Ella came out and said," Mom I made a new song, you want to hear?" "Yes of course Ella share." "Its called the world will be my heart."
Then she continued to sing this song from her head in a perfect little pitch. Ellas mind never ceases to amaze me. She has Kades ability to understand almost anything quickly and permanently. She is quick witted and fast. She also got my creative side. I tell my girls stories at night sometimes, I read and sometimes I just make it up. Ella has started to ask if she could tell us night stories, she takes pieces of my stories and puts her own twist on things. The only thing is we have to have a time limit, Or else it would take all night. I think that imagination and being able to create is one of the greatest gifts we could posses. I am thrilled that my Ella has this gift. I am also glad to say Ava is on the same boat as her big sister. Thank goodness for children and the song, (The world will be my heart.)
The pictures above are the girls dressed as brides.

My parents visit
It means so much to me when my parents are able to come up and visit. My kids love them so much. It is great to see my kids get to know them and visa versa.
My Mom and Ava Watching some TV.
Mom with the brewd.
My Dad with Harper. This is who Harper is named after.
It was fun to see the girls trying to show all of their tricks. Dad was playing a game with them on the tramp. Pretending a stick was a snake. Ava could hardly handle it, it was so intense. I sure wish that they lived a little bit closer, but it sure makes the time we do share special. Love you guys. nat

KLIM Summer Party

The Klim party this summer was at Rigby Lake. They had rented a big blow up jumper for the kids. They all loved it.
One of the funnest parts of the evening was when the entertainment came. We had a luau. So they had some Polynesian dancers come. I grew up in a ward that was about 50% islanders. So I actually got a little bit homesick if that is possible. The men did the Haka dance which was awesome. Its the warrior dance from New Zealand. The New Zealand All Blacks (Rugby) do it before every game. Its a pretty intense dance a little bit scary, Ella was in the front row.
Next Dance a sweet gal came out and danced with poi poi's another New Zealand dance. I remember dancing in my living room when I was little with these. My mom use to teach us tricks to do with them.
Can't see this photo to well, this is kade's boss, Justin they had to get up and dance, so funny. It was a great time.

Harper got a kick out of it I think, his hair was blowing in the wind, what little he has anyway.
I actually was brave this time and tried wake boarding, and brace yourselves I got up!!
Kade got up no problem, of course. We had such a great time thanks Devri and Tyler.

Painting the House

This summer we decided to do some upgrades to the house. So we started with painting the house. So much work, It took us about a week. With me doing the fun job of scraping and taping off during the day. Kade would come home half day and help and paint. Wow am I glad that its done. The house looks alot better we are happy with the end result and it has cured me of my desire to paint ever again.

My Watcher

When Harper wasn't quite as mobile as he is now I used to sit him on my bed. I would tuck him in my blankets and then he would watch me clean my room. Just some pictures to capture the moment.

Hobbs

You know those people that are just meant to be in your life, Amy is one of those for me. When I first met Amy I thought that she was histerical. She was not only beautiful but just a really cool person. She helped watch Ella when I was having Ava and Helped in the delivery of Harper. She has become a sister to me. love her. I took the girls to see her and her hubby's horses. She is a country gal now. Ella was fearless as with everything, both Amy and I kept telling her to give them a little space. Ava was content in my arms away from the danger. :>
