The rest of Yellowstone.

My Favorite trip this summer was Yellowstone. We had such a great day.

This is just one of the hikes that we went on that day the girls wanted to pose on a tree stump.

Ava balancing like a champ.

Harper loved the Buffalo, I forgot how huge they are. Pretty gnarly animals.

It was so gorgeous up there, I love living so close to such an amazing place. Such a great day.

Summer time, man the livins easy!

We did a lot this summer and really had a great holiday! Kade participated in a bed and breakfast race in down Rigby Main. Team KLIM won and we got a leaf blower. Its was just hilarious.

We also went on our camp out with the Kraus clan, Ella got to go on a ride with her Uncle Quinton.

Kade took Ava, she loved it she is giving us a thumbs up ready to go.

Around the camp fire, eating scones that Kimber made. YUM.

We also went to rigby lake, quite a bit this summer, it's nice cause it is only five min. from our house. Harper kept throwing sand on Ella's face.

Ava is getting more comfortable in water, she is becoming quit the little swimmer.

Pretty sure Ella has gills

Just a little bit cold?

My parents were able to come up for a visit and luckily there was an airshow going on. My Dad loves them so we all got to go. It was actually really amazing.

My mom and me.

I know that it has been way to long my dear blog, what can I say, it's been a busy summer, how about I am so lazy. But now I have a whole lot of catching up to do, so hold on to your hat. Now one truth about me not blogging is that we have a new computer so I am trying to figure out all of the photo stuff, so these photo's below are not my absolute favorites, however they were already formatted correct.
So one of the many things we were able to do this summer was going to Yellowstone. This was actually my favorite thing this summer. The kids completely loved it which made it so much better for kade and I.

Ava was such a riot, she wanted to know all about the geysers and hot lava. Then after I had told her about it she went on and on about all of it. She was such a doll and really came out of her comfort zone, maybe we have a future scientist.

They call this place the little Grand canyon, it was so gorgeous and very dizzying I might add. The canyon was really steep. It was really just a great day, we saw lots of animals which the kids were into big time. I feel so lucky to live next to such an amazing piece of earth.

My kids are growing so darn fast. Part of me excited , because they become more self reliant with each year. Another part of me completely sad and wanting them to stay just where they are. Ella is now 6 1/2 she is going to school full day and I miss her. I am so excited for her though cause I know this year she is going to grow so much. She has such a tender heart and is so compassionate toward others. Ava is completely coming into her own. She has stepped up to the plate and has become a great little helper. Ava has such a fun outlook on everything and lets me see things threw her amazing little eyes. She is just constant, I don't worry to much about my buffie. Harper is growing so quick, he is such a fun little character. He is the perfect mix of I am a boy hear me roar and I love you mom give me a hug. Lovin having a boy, it's a completely different trip with just as great of views. I am also expecting my fourth baby. We are all super excited. I am about half way there, its going quickly thank goodness. All in all we are all very good, super busy and happy. As soon as I figure out the picture thing I will be doing a lot of catch up, wish me luck.

Im a Rigbyite! And Im loving it....? Wow.

So this Saturday was the first Rigby festival that we attended. I took the kids to the stampede parade. It was just a small town parade with lots of horses, fire trucks, and antique trackers and lots and lots of candy. My girls were in heaven and quickly learned if they smiled and waved they would get candy. To much candy really, they filled there plastic bags. Now Harper is an entirely different story, he went berzerk, his stroller by the end of the parade looked like it had been dipped in Molasses. He was unreal filthy. and on a complete sugar high. I was glad when it was over. I hosed off the harp man and headed home.
I am loving the small town feel of Rigby. Its so quiet, so safe, my kids get so dirty. Its suiting us, and I am grateful. Ava today said," Mom I love this house there are so many bathrooms, One by my room, etc......" Now grant it we have only one more bathroom then our last home. The cute thing is she is just so grateful and happy with our new home and that means everything to me. Good weekend. Hope you all had a great one too. Mitch your cooking is amazing!

We feel so blessed and lucky. Now we just need you all to come and see us.

Happy Birthday you lovely girl of mine.

While Kade and I were on our trip we missed Ella's birthday by one day. Which is awful I know, totally neglectful. However she forgave us and we had a great little party the night we got home.

She is such a joy to me. She is smart, funny, honest and helpful not to mention she is becoming quite a little beauty.

Five things about Ella at six.
1. She loves to have little collections. Shells, rocks, money.
2. She is in love with creamsicles right now.
3. She is becoming a great reader, when I go and check on her at night there is always books under her pillow.
4. She is sooooo social, and loves her little friends.
5. She loves her brother and sister.
I love you Ella you came into our life six years ago and changed our world. You make us better, just by being here.
